HOW DO I FIND A PRODUCT AT THE BNP PARIBAS SHOP?

You can search for particular types of products by entering one or more keywords in the Search bar. If you are looking for one specific product and you know the exact reference you can enter the reference in the Search bar.


HOW CAN I ORDER A PRODUCT FROM BNP PARIBAS SHOP?

To order a product, you can simply browse through the Shop website according to your needs or desires. Once you have found the item you want, you can indicate the number of units you wish to purchase and then click on ‘Add to Basket’. Your Basket will be automatically updated with the name of the selected product.

If you wish to carry on shopping, you can continue browsing the site in the same way and your Basket will keep being updated automatically as you add items.

To complete your purchase, you then click on My Basket and follow through the various steps indicating delivery and payment details.



WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

If you are making the purchase on your work account, the invoice will be sent to the cost centre which you indicated when you registered with the Shop. Don’t forget to check that the invoicing address for your order is correct, or email the new invoicing address to STACI so that the necessary change can be made.

If you are purchasing on your personal account, you can choose to settle up using one of the following credit cards: Visa, Carte Bleue, MasterCard, American Express.

The BNP Paribas Shop will ensure the security and confidentiality of your payments on the site, whether you are making a personal or work-related purchase.



WHAT DELIVERY METHODS CAN I CHOOSE?

Within mainland France, we guarantee delivery within 48 to 72 hours at the latest. In urgent cases, you may request delivery within a 24 - 48 hour deadline. In such cases, please indicate Express on your order. You may also request delivery by courier. (See below: "I need items delivering as rapidly as possible").


I NEED ITEMS DELIVERING AS RAPIDLY AS POSSIBLE: HOW DO I PROCEED?

Urgent deliveries may be requested, but this should be the exception. Please try to plan your purchases in advance.

The extra charges for a courier (around €100 in the Paris area) will be for the customer’s account.



WHAT IS THE CURRENT STATUS OF MY ORDER? HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

If you wish to know how your order is progressing, you can find all relevant information by clicking on "Status Tracking and Order History".

For deliveries outside France, you can request information on how your order is progressing by sending an email to bnppshop@staci.com.



CAN I OBTAIN AN ORDER HISTORY FOR ALL MY PURCHASES?

We retain an Order History on our site for three months. You can find a record of all your orders placed within the last three months in "Status Tracking and Order History".


HOW CAN I ADD A DELIVERY ADDRESS?

To add a delivery address, simply go into ‘My account’ and click on "Create new delivery address".

Similarly, you can delete a delivery address in the same tab.



HOW CAN I RETRIEVE MY PASSWORD?

If you have lost or forgotten your password, you can retrieve it by clicking on "Forgotten password". You will shortly receive a message in your BNP Paribas email box containing your existing password.


THE ITEM I WANT IS CURRENTLY "OUT OF STOCK". WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

The product has either just run out or is in the process of re-stocking. You can enter your email address and ask to be informed when the new stock is available.


THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED IS DEFECTIVE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

All complaints regarding a defective product, unforeseen problems or non-conformity with the order must be submitted by the customer to STACI within the time period from reception of delivery laid down by the law. In such cases please contact bnppshop@staci.com.


WHAT IS A SPECIAL ORDER?

If you are looking for an item that falls outside the BNP Paribas Shop catalogue, you would like to affix a different logo to the item or make a search for an item on a particular theme, please contact laure.rousseau@bnpparibas.com.
